Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.

If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hita.ayurved.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and weβll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

If your pincode is not serviceable, we will inform you and either:

If you have specific delivery instructions (like leave at gate, call before delivery, etc.), please add them in the Order Notes at checkout. We will do our best to communicate them to the courier partner.
