At Hita_Ayurveda, we’re committed to delivering your order in the most reliable and efficient way possible. Please read below to understand our shipping process, timelines, and conditions.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping (India): ₹150 flat rate.

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship only within India.

📍 Shipping Partners

We work with trusted delivery services including Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post, and Shiprocket to ensure timely and safe delivery.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

  • You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation message.

⚠️ Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver within the promised timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Courier delays

    • Remote locations

    • Unexpected disruptions (e.g. strikes, lockdowns)

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or force majeure events.

🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Please ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete.

  • Hita_Ayurveda is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

📦 Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours.

  • If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us at hita.ayurved.shop@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.

❌ Non-Serviceable Areas

If your pincode is not serviceable, we will inform you and either:

  • Suggest an alternative delivery method

  • Issue a full refund

🧾 Custom Instructions or Delivery Notes

If you have specific delivery instructions (like leave at gate, call before delivery, etc.), please add them in the Order Notes at checkout. We will do our best to communicate them to the courier partner.
