3. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs only after we confirm the order and process payment. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.

Orders can only be modified or canceled before processing. Returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

We aim to dispatch products promptly. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location. Once shipped, the risk of loss passes to you.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other external factors.

All content on the Services—including logos, product names, graphics, videos, and text—is owned by Hita_Ayurveda or our licensors and is protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides us with ecommerce capabilities. However, all transactions are between you and Hita_Ayurveda, not Shopify. Shopify is not liable for any dispute, damage, or issue arising from your transactions with us.
